What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
What is the return policy?
Pre-Order Items:
- Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production hasn’t started.
- Once production begins and payment is authorized, pre-orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design produced).
- Only pre-orders are not eligible for refunds if customer chose wrong size
In-Stock Items:
- Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if fulfillment hasn’t started.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and has arrived in perfect condition with proof of purchase.
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds include product cost only; shipping is non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customers must report items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design produced only) within 48 hours after delivery only. Claims that exceed the 48 hour window will not be eligible for any refunds or replacements.
How long does the refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds may take longer if the payment processor or bank delays posting. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Orders cannot be edited once placed.
If you need to make a change, you must request a cancellation within 24 hours after ordering (before fulfillment or production begins) and place a new order. Once shipped, you may return eligible items under our return policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at contact@enternocturnaldread.store within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, or once production or fulfillment has already begun, cancellations are no longer eligible.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, you must first return your original item following our Refund Policy and then place a new order.
Please note:
- Exchanges are only available for in-stock items returned within 14 days of delivery in perfect condition.
- Pre-orders cannot be exchanged. If a pre-order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong design produced), it may be eligible for a replacement or refund if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen Express shipping.
In-Stock Items:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on the method chosen at checkout:
- Standard: 3–4 business days
- Economy: 5–8 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
Pre-Order Items:
- Pre-orders are made-to-order or awaiting stock. Production usually begins 1–3 weeks after the order is placed, and shipping times may vary:
- Standard: 5–14 business days
- Economy: 7–21 business days
- Express: 3–12 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that all shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production delays, carrier issues, or high order volume.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If your order has not arrived:
- First, check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking number.
- If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier.
- If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim. At our discretion, and if eligible under our Refund Policy, we may provide a replacement or store credit.
Please note: Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
What do I do if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect (production mistake) order?
Although damaged, defective, or incorrect items are very rare, they can happen.
Please take clear photos showing the defect and contact our support team at contact@enternocturnaldread.store within 24-48 hours since the package has been delivered with more details, if applicable.
We will review your case and, if eligible under our Refund Policy, provide a replacement or refund.
Claims submitted after 48 hours are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only sell within the U.S. and ship to all states except Hawaii, as well as certain U.S. territories and freely associated states, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the Marshall Islands.
Do you accept international payments?
We currently only accept payments in U.S. dollars and from customers located in the United States. International orders or payments from outside the U.S. are not accepted at this time.
Are your products safe for people with pet allergies?
We take precautions in a clean, closed-off-from-pets workspace for production. While rare, trace pet allergens may still be present. Please use caution if you have severe allergies. For further information refer to SECTION 7 in our Terms of Service.
